Up in the hills

That's a plaçe on top of the hills near the city of Pamplona there was those metal looking silouhette symbolizing all the important peoples that had walked this road during the ages going as far as the medieval era.(I think one was a king that wanted to seduce a lady or something but I don't remember his name...)
